TB Hotel - Room with a view

Wow, what a beautiful place San Diego is in September is. I was in San Diego attending a Disaster Recovery Conference. I had and extra few hours on the last day so, I had to be sure to catch a geocache. I had brought a Travel Bug with me (Light Brown Monkey TB) and wanted to swap him for something else. Travel Bug hotels are great places to do this. I selected the Halligan Bar Buggy. I have to confess that I have not yet placed him (Kids do as I say not as I do!!). I have dreams of making "Halligan Bar Buggy's" dreams come true (That whole have it's picture taken in front of a fire station thing. Anyway, great place.. nice cache.. good bug...

Plaza Pictures

I recently went on a business trip to San Diego, CA. I had the opportunity to arrange a "little" (11 hours) layover in Salt Lake City, UT. While there, I got with some friends and caught the "Plaza Pictures" geocache. This is a webcam cache which requires you to have a friend catch you in front of the camera on the internet, and save a picture of you in the location. All in all it was fun to talk my wife through making sure she could see us and save the picture.
